This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data we handle when you use this website and what we do with it. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

Who we are

The operator of this website and the controller for the data described here is ITTA Group GmbH, Lächenstrasse 34, 8247 Flurlingen, Switzerland. You can reach us at payroll@taxolution.ch.

What we collect

We collect only what you submit through the inquiry form: your name, your email address and the details you choose to provide in your message. Beyond that, we collect cookieless aggregate usage statistics about how the site is used. These statistics contain no personal profiles and set no tracking cookies.

How we use it

Your inquiry is sent by email to our team so we can answer your request. We do not sell your data, and we share it only with the processors named in this notice.

Processors

We work with a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc., USA: hosting of this website and cookieless Vercel Analytics, which produces aggregate statistics with no personal profiles and no tracking cookies.
• Resend: delivery of the emails generated by the inquiry form.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting engagement, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, write to payroll@taxolution.ch.
